Summary

The secret services of the "U.S.A." are abusing Tesla's technique and they create with it a terrorist HAARP weapon. With this one can manipulate brains, manipulate the climate, as also provoke catastrophes and manipulate wars. The technique was spread all over the planet (estate 2017). HAARP terrorist antenna plants are installed on every continent.

There is the clear suspicion that the strong earthquakes of the last 10 years were provoked by terrorist HAARP antenna plants: China 2008, Chile 2010, Haiti 2010, Japan 2011. Also the earthquake series in Peru of 2014 seems to be provoked by HAARP terrorism.

Terrorist HAARP antenna plants are also installed in Russia (Sura), in Ukraine (Chernobyl), on the Falkland Islands for terrorist England, on Puerto Rico in the Caribbean [for terrorist "U.S.A."], in the terrorist "U.S.A." themselves, in Norway, in China, and in Jicamarca in Peru etc. [also in Germany NATO has installed a terrorist HAARP antenna plant on the border of the Eastern Sea].
