The White House is in the center of the town and around it the famous points are ordered in a doubled hexagon. Distances are kept regular so a regular flower is coming out drawing the distances with circles (4min.50sec.).
Washington DC is perfectly designed with the White House in the center, with a doubled hexagon with 6 circles around this White House, and with 12 circles around the 6 circles - [all is designed in 5:12 triangles] (4min.53sec.).
