Burgess becomes a
nationalist in the Unionist troops
Burgess is
making his experience of civil war in Tennessee,
enters the Unionist troops so the "U.S.A." would
not split. Burgess becomes a strong nationalist
(p.559:
1871-1873
Burgess is
studying in the Second German Reich
in Göttingen, Leipzig and in Berlin
-- he is making an experience "in the new world of
experimental scientific research"
-- he is making an experience with "philosophic
systematic work" (p.56)
Burgess is studying
works of Bluntschli and Holtzendorff and
is accepting the late Hegel ideal of state:
-- that the state is incorporating the idea of morality
-- that the state should be an ideal model of state
order which can never be reached by humans, and the
government should be the historically given system of
dominance.
But this model of state of Hegel is not
adaptable within the "American" state's system because
it's not adaptable with the constitution (p.56).
1876-1906
John W. Burgess working as
a "university professor" at Columbia University
in New York
-- Burgess is the essential co-founder
of Columbia University
-- one of his favorite pupils is Theodore D.
Roosevelt
-- at the beginning of 20th century Burgess has big
academic and political influence, he is teaching 1,000s
of students for justice, history and politic science, he
is forming a generation with his messages after the
civil war by his speeches or seminars
-- Burgess is writing "scientific" writings
-- according to Franz Lieber Burgess is the
founder of science of comparing constitutions (p.55).
For the reformed oriented patrician family Roosevelt
Burgess is attractive by ideological reasons - not by
political reasons (p.58).
Burgess is holding his
speeches
-- about "new scientific research"
-- about philosophical systematic research
-- and about German state's research.
This content is not known until these days in the
"American" policy as the "U.S.A." are working
without "authority" but by a treaty and by an
administration which is representing the state (p.56).
[but the state's administration is granting rights only
for the whites... and thus there is an "authority":
white race].
Burgess
presents to the [white] "American" students a not so
credible state theory during economic crisis when the
humans are very sensitive for new messages (p.56)
-- presenting the Hegel philosophy with "civilized
nations"
-- with the thoughts according to Johann Kaspar
Bluntschli about a "comprehensive" and "lasting"
and "sovereign" state (p.56).
Aryan racism of Burgess: The world
belongs to the Aryan
Then Burgess is narrowing by himself the
perspective of the "civilized nations" to racist
qualified nations which had a "historical order" of the
"underdeveloped peoples":
-- Aryans had a supreme political genius
-- Aryans had the picture of the "political
perfect nation"
-- Aryans would be the founders of "modern
national states", of the "strongest and most perfect
political form of dominance of the modern area"
-- Aryans would have the order "to civilize the
modern world politically"
-- the far goal would be the global dominance by the
Aryan race (p.57)
-- Burgess claims that the Germanic national
states would be called for liberating the world from not
politic and from barbaric peoples resp. to perform the
colonial policy
[at the same time just the "Christians" are the most
barbaric race of whites with millions of deads on the
battle fields]
-- the "development of the wold" "for civilization of
the Germanic nations" would be a "duty"
-- Burgess is criticizing the political
nonchalance of the Germanic states concerning foreign
policy and this would be a "wrong policy"
-- occupations of territories would be the right of the
Aryan genius
-- Aryan Germanic political talent should be
incorporated with "U.S.A.", England, and
with the Second German Reich
-- these three states would form the top of the possible
governmental political developments, and these would be
the models for the whole world
-- Burgess claims that the Aryan race would have
the permission for interventions and occupations as they
want because there is the assumption that the "not
developed" people who are resisting yet would be blind
for the welfare which is given to them (p.57) and there
is the saying by Burgess that one could drive these
peoples away (p.58)
-- the Germanic states should come to an agreement for
their border lines depending of duties and
conservations, growth and development of the built
states by them
-- the product of "national state" is an "organ of human
development" within the divine predestination
-- according to Burgess colonial policy is a "duty"
-- Burgess mentions that the existence of the
"U.S.A." has got it's base with "colonization"
[occupation and genocide] in the territories of the
natives ["Indians"] thus for the anti colonialist
politicians of "America" there would be no argument for
rejecting further colonialism and an anti colonialist
comprehension of nation would be wrong
-- Burgess requires from the "U.S.A." an
imperialist policy (p.58)
-- Burgess justifies the racist colonialism of
protestantism as a civilizational task and with this
Burgess is blessing the whole Christian imperialism
-- Burgess is making a concept with a "joint
world under the leadership of the Germanic occidental
civilization" as trustees of "God" (p.58)
-- Burgess claims that every trade imperialism
of the Aryan race would be justified by the
"predestination" of God (p.58-59)
Burgess shouts
against the immigration of non-Aryans
-- Burgess is fighting vehemently the
immigration from southern and eastern Europe [but from
eastern Europe they are also blond!]
-- Burgess considers it as a very high
task of the modern state "to beware the national
character and to strengthen it"
-- Burgess considers it as a "duty of race" to
hinder the "damaging influence of foreign immigration"
-- Burgess' ideas are not provoking new laws
first (p.59).
Burgess is no social
reformer like Strong is, but Burgess is a clear
racist, only the "strongers" will survive
-- there are no claims for social reforms
-- Burgess wants to let work the trusts without
limits
-- stock companies who are not performing social
responsibility should be free and go on as before
-- stock companies would be a product of the "Aryan
doctrine" of private management
-- Burgess approves decisions of the Supreme
Court against pleas of the lover classes with the
reasons that these lover classes were "stupid, without
brain, greedy, with prejudices, evil, brutal and want
revenge"
-- Burgess is favoring the three class right to
vote
-- Burgess is rejecting reform
movements from Wisconsin permitting the
population law initiatives and popular votes and wanting
making possible the dismissal of officials
-- the tradition of the "U.S.A." has more value
than a democratization of these "U.S.A.", Burgess
says (p.60).
1888
Burgess pupil
Mayo-Smith is shouting against immigration
The pupil of Burgess, Mr. Prof. Richmond
Mayo-Smith from Columbia University
is heavily shouting against the immigration and is
copying Burgess so (p.59).
1889
Racist Woodrow
Wilson is like Burgess: all other peoples should be
dominated
Woodrow Wilson
In 1889 Woodrow Wilson is a professor for history at Wesleyan
University yet. Wilson utters in a similar way
about the Aryan race like Burgess does: The
Aryan race wold be predestined for the domination of the
world and for the "task to civilize the world" against
all other peoples (p.305).
In 1889 this Mr. Woodrow Wilson is claiming that
"America" would "suffer a partial corruption by foreign
blood every year". The difficulties with the "always
more minor human material" would only rise and rise
(p.305).
Wehler requires an
investigation about Wilson's racism
which has it's base in the ideology of the "Anglo
Saxondom" in respect of
-- Mexican policy of "U.S.A."
-- Caribbean policy of "U.S.A."
-- the formation of the League of Nations (p.305).
1890
Burgess: 2 volumes
"Political Science and Comparative Constitutional Law"
This work is characterized by the German state's
philosophy of those times. The contents are first a
foreign body in the "American" policy because the
"U.S.A." is working without "authority" [without Crown]
but "U.S.A." are just representing a concept of treaties
with the federal states and their administration (p.56).
[But there is a new authority with this white race and
in the "U.S.A." it's making it's manipulations since
1776 already with secret lodges, but these lodges must
not be mentioned in the universities...]
1895
Burgess appeals
for racism "as a protection" for the "U.S.A."!
In Chicago Mr. Burgess claims at an
event of political scientists at the world exhibition:
"The United States have to remain Aryan", and "non-Aryan
elements" would "soil and contaminate" the state. The
state has the task to "complete the Aryan talent for
political order [...] on the base of a dominating
Germanic nationality." (p.59)
Claims from
Burgess
-- limitation of the immigration to the familiar
members of the so called Germanic European states
-- at once deprivation of political rights with the
immigrated "non-Aryan elements"
-- execution of political power is not a human right but
is a privilege of "racist qualification"
-- "fanatic humanity" would be wrong concerning the
political questions (p.59).
Burgess is agitating like the racist streamings in
Europe, and the approval for Burgess is growing, slowly
but steadily (p.59).
1904
Theodore D.
Roosevelt honoring racist Prof. John W. Burgess
Theodore D.
Roosevelt is making the proposal that professor Burgess
should become a T.-Roosevelt professor in Berlin.
This is the greatest honor for Burgess (p.305).
