There is no other reason for this self-destructive
educational catastrophe than [[Muhammad Fantasy]]
Islam itself. The rumor tells that it's [[Muhammad
Fantasy]] Holy Book would embrace and regulate all
aspects of human life, mediated from the [[Fantasy]]
prophet directly being given directly from [[a
Fantasy]] god, and no other word had to be joint, not
one single word would be changeable. Possession of
other books than the [[Muhammad Fantasy]] Quran was
mostly prohibited, at any time the use of
non-religious books was only little appreciated. Time
tables of Saudi medicine students have to include 30%
religion yet, in other university sectors even 50%.
This mentality has it's consequences in a tremendous
degree to the Muslim [[Muhammad Fantasy]] world.
Because it blocks any wisdom and thus any development.
But the Quran claims ruling all life sectors like
right [p.225], ruling, education - in a way as it had
been in an ideal manner during the [[Fantasy]] life of
the [[Fantasy]] prophet. Therefore, the Islamic
[[Muhammad Fantasy]] thinking and system is fixed with
it's norm to the [[Fantasy]] prophet and his
successors. As if there had not been the 1400 years'
development from then to nowadays.

A serious technical barrier to the transfer of
knowledge is the Arabic language and writing. The
"Arabic" does not exist. There are Arabic vernacular
languages, and there is a generally binding high
Arabic, the "Arabiya", which, however, is understood
only in parts by the people on the street. It is a
formal language that has not adapted itself to the
ever-changing demands of a living language because it
is not used in daily intercourse. Modern facts and
topics are difficult to express in High Arabic.
But writing is only in High Arabic - with the
catastrophic result that complains the AHDR. The
Arabic high-level language and writing are for the
[[Muhammad Fantasy]] Muslims the language and writing
of their sacred [[Muhammad Fantasy]] book. They are
therefore nothing for normal life, nothing profane,
but always something sacral.
This is a concept that does not work in the modern
world. Language and writing must be accessible to all
citizens and to all areas in order to fulfill their
function as knowledge facilitators. The AHDR
explicitly draws attention to this difficulty, but is
reluctant to name the consequence, which can only be
the limitation of writing to religious applications.
This will be an utopia for a long time yet (well,
Latin writing is called "the English one" although
many cultural assets in reality came from the ancient
Orient), and a cut is needed which only performed
Turkey and - no wonder - the former Islamic [[Muhammad
Fantasy]] Soviet Republics.

[No separation of faith and state - the theocracy

An Islamic [[Muhammad Fantasy]] state must be a
theocracy, otherwise it is not by definition. Of
course, this can not be a republic, as Iran, for
example, calls itself absurdly, because there is no
separation of powers, one of the most important
prerequisites for this. All power comes from the
[[Muhammad Fantasy]] Quran, from [[a Fantasy]] God,
that is, clergy is the government representing this
[[Fantasy]] god. Therefore [p.226] civil society does
not exist, but there is only a community of believers
("Umma") living in the "House of [[Muhammad Fantasy]]
Islam" ("Beit Islam"). Non-believers in this house are
only accepted as servants ("dhimmi"), this is the best
case. They range behind the slaves which are
especially provided in [[Fantasy]] Quran. Only women
have less rights than the dhimmi or the slaves which
could change their destiny by conversion.

Control and legislation are practiced by the

Islamic culture is the perfect base for all kinds of
despots until today. Because traditional
self-understanding is teaching them that they don't
owe any justification for their actions, with the

Therefore, there can be no civil law, but only
religious law, which is derived from the [[Muhammad
Fantasy]] Quran. That's the "Sharia". But this is not
a defined legal system in our understanding, but the
essential part is consisting only of the commandment
that any legal decision should be found only on the
base of religion and their books. So, giving sharia a
power of law, one has not to change the existing legal
system as it happened in most Islamic countries, but
an addition is enough, a legal decision must not be
contrary to Quran resp. to the hadiths.
In practice, this means that in a dispute legal
decisions are well possible according to the most
existing civil laws. But the defeated party can fight
the decision indicating a Quran phrase - and the final
instance is ultimately the mosque.
[Sharia law - legal certainty does not exist in
Muslim countries - human rights do not exist]
More recently, Sharia courts have been established in
the Muslim countries alongside the existing civilian
chambers, meaning that there are two parallel
instances, and this provokes a complete disorder in
the legal system now. In Malaysia the Indian and
Chinese part of the population was defending
themselves from sharia law. So every population part
has got it's different legal system now. Therefore
there is no legal safety in any [[Muhammad Fantasy]]
country [p.227].
This goes so far that Muslim states recognize
international treaties, such as UN human rights, only
with the standard restriction of Sharia compatibility.
That means: they don't accept human rights at all.

A particular problem of sharia is its derivation of
legal cases from the hadiths, the collected deeds and
sayings of the prophet. One believes to be so close to
the source of justice, but ignores the completely
obscure sources of Hadith and the time distance to the
conditions of before.

In sum, all of this is nothing more than the concept
of a desert society of 1400 years ago - and just with
this concept they want to master the present and make
a future. This is mostly (or: again) the present
situation of most [[Muhammad Fantasy]] Islamic
countries. The [[Muhammad Fantasy]] caliph can call
himself a President today - and it's hardly important
if he was elected, if the elections were a fake, or if
he got the power by a coup, as long he is a leader
believing in the sense of [[Muhammad Fantasy]] Quran.
The word of "freedom" in Quran Arabic is not a word
for civilian freedom, but is only meaning the contrary
of slavery. Therefore most of Muslims have no
understanding for basics of a free state order, and
not at all for democracy. Democracy is contradicting
the teaching of Quran, rumors say, and therefore a
democratic mentality is not rated as Islamic. Although
some are playing with the thought of an Islamic
democracy: no prophet is needed for the prophecy how
the trials of connecting Islamic law and thinking with
democracy will end. Democracy can never come from a
confession of a religion.
The misogyny and insistence on medieval concepts,
both, though perhaps not enshrined in the Quran, at
least in the mainstream doctrine, are the lead weights
at the feet of the [[Muhammad Fantasy]] Muslims
dragging them down preventing them absolutely from any
further development.
