Stress
management with blood group 0: doing sports, many times
in groups
Stress with persons of blood group 0 has a direct effect
on muscles and after the reaction of fear there comes
bodily energy as counter reaction which is normal for
hunters (4 Strategien, p.103). Organism of blood group 0
is reacting on stress with bodily and aggressive means (4
Strategien, p.178). Therefore persons of blood group 0
have to reduce their stress with bodily activity for
feeling well and for finding solutions for the situations
in life. Sports are giving good mood for blood group 0,
are provoking a balanced body and are giving self
consciousness (4 Strategien, p.103).
Persons of blood group 0 are created for heavy sports (4
Strategien, p.103) which are also good for loosing weight
(4 Strategien, p.103-104) because the acid level in the
muscle tissue is enhanced by sports, will be in the state
of ketosis and will be with an enhanced fat burning (4
Strategien, p.104).
Beginning with sports should begin with an easy activity
and then the activity can be more step by step. Even when
persons of blood group 0 are suffering exhaustion,
making sports will make them "living" (4 Strategien,
p.106).
Dr. D'Adamo says:

Maximum of pulse frequency is according to Dr. D'Adamo:
(220 minus age) x 0.7, with persons over 60 or in a bad
bodily constitution x 0.6 (4 Strategien, p.105), and at
the end one more time 0.5 (4 Strategien, p.106).
Initial training for warming up should reach 70% of the
maximum of pulse frequency. Isometric exercises with
training of unique stationary muscles (warming-up
training, stretching, relaxation exercises) are followed
later by isotonic exercise with the whole body (walking,
swimming, gymnastics) (4 Strategien, p.105).
When persons of blood group 0
are rejecting sports, this provokes depressions up to
autoimmune diseases
When persons with stress of blood group 0 have no sports,
then exhaustion comes by stress and their metabolism is
reduced, and the effects are depression, exhaustion,
sleeplessness, vulnerability for inflammation diseases and
autoimmune diseases like arthritis and asthma. Also
overweight is possible (4 Strategien, p.104).
