pH value and illnesses
pH value in the blood of persons in good health is always buffered between 7.35 and 7.45 [web01]. When there is an organ damaged this pH value in the blood is changed [web11].
pH value in urine and saliva are varying depending of food [web01,web10]. pH value in urine is partly buffered by the kidneys [web18] but is changing with the food and with this is directly an indicator for alimentation and for danger of health (conclusion Palomino).
When there are heavy lows and ups with pH value so when there is an acidosis (with a too sour pH value) or when there is an alkalosis (with a too basic alkaline pH value) this can provoke heavy illnesses when this is lasting years [web11].
Sour pH value - overacidification
Malnutrition, misconduct and damaging conditions provoking an overacidification (acidosis) and illnesses in industrial countries
In the industrial countries 80% of the population is suffering an overacidification of their bodies which is provoking all illnesses of the pensioners and civilization illnesses [web18].
Factors for an overacidifications (acidosis) are:
-- industrial malnutrition (meat, above all pork, milk products (cheese, yogurt etc.), white flour products, industrially produced pastry products, industrially produced noodle products, industrial sugar, mineral water with carbonic acid, lemonades, coffee, industrial proceeded fruit juices, sweets and chocolates, instant meals)

-- alcohol
-- nicotine
-- food additives (preservatives, dyes and colorants, flavor enhancer like glutamate)
-- fake sugar like aspartame

pH value is sinking and is sour by

More reasons for an overacidification are certain activities and conditions [limiting an optimum of metabolism]:
- <Lack of movement and lack of work outside on fresh air (this not moving kind of living inhibits the elimination of acids by breathing and is inhibiting the excretion of acids by sweat and is inhibiting digestion. Additionally lack of movement is reducing circulation and oxygen supply in the tissue).
- When people are performing too much (competitive) sports (muscle ache is provoking local overacidification by lactate of lactic acid)
- Insufficient water supply and bad water (is inhibiting an optimal secretion by kidneys but also by the skin by sweat)
- Too much stress
- Inflammation processes
- Intake of medicaments (many medicaments are converted into acids before being execrated)
- Electric smog and environment poisons respectively exhaust gases> [web18]
Toxics can be transmitted into the fetus for example toxics of amalgam. Therefore 50% of the new born babies of amalgam mothers are born with illnesses already, with allergies or with weak immune systems etc. [web18].
Too many acids - the body is balancing the acids - lack of bases is provoked - acids are deposited in the conjunctive tissue and metabolism is in disorder because of lack of bases
To a certain extent a body can balance an overacidification by using the deposits of bases which exist yet. When no reserves o bases are existing any more then the body is overacidificated. Excessive acids of sour metabolism waste are deposited in the conjunctive tissue first: slags are formed. At the same time the buffering system is working at it's maximum for keeping the pH value in the blood in a constant way. Metabolism is overloaded and illnesses are coming up. This overacidification is installed over years in silence and then suddenly is coming up with it's symptoms without any warning [web18].

With a chronic overacidification also the cells themselves have turned to be acid (intra cellular acidosis). All reserves of bases (minerals and salts) for a neutralization of acids are consumed. The cells are becoming always weaker and weaker. The body has no self healing forces any more. Immune system is "flat". The body cannot even excrete toxics any more and the body is a complete toxic hut. And in this way a chronic overacidification is causing the classic "disease of civilization" [web18].

But when a society is "civilized" and people are not moving any more but are only eating trash of McDonalds (white bread, meat and fried potatoes without vegetables nor fruits) then overacidification is coming and then all diseases of civilizations are coming (observation by Michael Palomino). What one has to do so? One has to get back to the natural kind of life:
Basic food is normalizing the pH value and is reducing the acids in the conjunctive tissue. That means: humans have to realize that they have to think actively what they eat, and this means
-- they have to eat clearly food which is forming bases
-- they have to reduce or to evade clearly food which is forming acids
-- they should not eat too much nor too fast [web18].
In this way the slags respectively toxic conjunctive tissues are reduced [web18].
Real measures for a desacidification
pH value is rising and is less sour respectively is becoming basic
-- drinking much healthy and pure water, eventually with a water filter
-- drinking basic teas, green tea, teas with basic herbs
-- walks in the forest air for oxygen supply and for breathing out carbonic acid
-- making light sports for oxygen supply and for breathing out carbonic acid and at the same time sweat is provoked excreting acids by the skin
-- sauna is also provoking the excretion of acids by the skin
-- humor, positive thinking
-- basic skin care without toxics is hindering the intake of toxics by the skin
-- rejecting medicaments in form of tablets
-- detoxication can be supported taking algae capsules of Spirulina or Chlorella [web18]
-- a baking powder therapy lasting 1 week 2 times 1 cup of water with 1 tea spoon of baking powder with 2 tea spoons of sugar melasses is rising pH value fast and is healing many illnesses in a short time which can only exist in a sour body - e.g. cancer [web10].
pH value in the urine and cancer healing with baking powder
Cancer can only exist in a sour body with a sour pH value. When the body and the urine are basic then any cancer is killed. A fast remedy converting the body into a basic alkaline body is baking powder (2 times daily with sugar melasses in a cup of water). From a pH value of 8 in the urine any cancer is killed [web10].

Teas have to be biological and MUST NOT be treated with pesticides or other toxics otherwise the toxics will block the cell breathing and will have a sour effect. Black tea is sour and is NOT recommendable.

Baking powder (sodium, sodium bicarbonate) is a chemical active substance. In the pastry this baking powder is decomposing so CO2 and water (H2O) are coming out provoking the effect of a bigger volume of the pastry. At the same time baking powder has another effect yet: When you take it with water your sour body will be neutralized and will be even basic alkaline [web21]. With this baking powder therapy any person can desacidify his/her body and this is working very fast.

Cancer for example can only live in a sour body. Baking powder provokes a basic body and can kill cancer so cancer is healable within 8 to 12 days. In 2008 the "American" Vernon Johnston healed his own cancer with baking powder and sugar melasses. He had a prostate cancer of grade 4 with metastasis in the pelvic bone. He healed this within 11 days driving his pH value with baking powder to a pH8: take 1 tea spoon of baking powder+1 tea spoon of sugar melasses in 1 cup of tea 2 times per day, when you are healing cancer then a mineral powder would be good etc. Any cancer is killed with pH8 within days. I myself did copy the desacidification therapy with baking powder and it worked.
